Items Used:

A pastel yellow 12 x 12 starts out the page to which an 8 x 8 from the Creative Memories Power Palette was trimmed and placed onto the page.  The Birth Certificate information provided from the hosiptial was then anchored into the trimmed area of the 8 x 8 and secured onto the page.  A bear from Twice as Nice Laser Overlays was added to the bottom left hand corner of the assemble. At the bottom center of the page a Creative Memories Title Sticker from the same Power Palette was added.  The entrie page was then scanned using the Flip-Pal mobile scanner
