The blue background comes from the Diecuts with A View Latte Solid Paper Stack, 12-Inch by 12-Inch, 48 Sheets
. Photos were cropped to 2 by 4 and matting to 2 1/4 inch by 4 1/4 using the Creative Memories Personal Trimmer. Block style was used to place the photos onto the page with a space filled with blue cardstock and corners cropped using the Stampin' Up Scallop Trim Corner Punch. Various leftover letters in coordinating colors were then placed along this cardstock and creates the title. Closing out the page accents remaining from Creative Memories Cheerful Winter 12x12 Additions package.
