The page starts off with a red from the DCWV PS-005-00088 12 by 12 Solids Safari Kids.  A Light Blue Envelope was opened and used as a background for the the photos which were cropped and matted using the Creative Memories Custom Cutting System and the star pattern.  In the lower left corner a velumn was placed and then colored using the Creative Memories Bold Pens.  Accents were added using leftovers from a previously used pack of Jolee's Boutique Dimensional Sticker - Barbecue as well as some prism stickers sent through the mail from DAV.  The title was added using a red letter with an offwhite background.
