A 12 x 12 blue polka dotted page was used to match the blue polka dotted dress she was wearing in this 8 x 10 photo. The Creative Memories Custom Cutting System Jumbo Oval was used to create the frame for the photo which was made using Creative Memories 8 1/2 x 11 paper which was cut to size. The corners were cropped using the Creative Memories Corner Maker. The scrap paper was trimed and cropped with the Creative Memories Corner maker and added to the right of the photo frame. Blue letters were used for the title. Accents were added using Laser Cut Baby items.
