Metallic Blue 12 x 12 starts off this page. The Creative Memories tearing tool creates the base for the page using Creative Memories Paper which is also the mats for behind the pictures. The Creative Memories cutting system in a square with corners rounded was used to cut out the mats as well as the pictures. The Title was created using the Creative Memories stencils.
