DCWV 29-Color Cardstock Stack - 12" contains this deep blue. I then used a red textured tissue paper, white bulk paper, and blue bulk paper. Several sticker pack assortments made up the sticker embellishments, but came from a picnic pack, accomplishment pack, and a patriot pack. Unfortunately, they were leftovers from previous projects and I simply do not recall which packs they came from. Jolee's By You - American Flags rounded out the page. The month of celebration is shown using a diamond cut metalic red letter.
